Q: What is GSSA trying to accomplish?
A: Recruit and empower an army of millions of God’s Secret Service Agents who will spread love, kindness and hope in our world by conducting secret acts of kindness and service to positively change the world for Christ!
Q: Why do Secret Service Missions?
A: Because God said in Matthew: 6 1-2: “Take care! Don’t do your good deeds publicly or before men in order to be seen by them; otherwise you will have no reward with and from your Father Who is in heaven.”
Q: What do Volunteer GSS Agents do?
A: They periodically secretly do kind deeds to help their family, friends, co-workers or other members of their community.
Q: Who are the founders of GSSA and who oversees it?
A: Volunteers from all walks of life who are passionate about helping people anonymously and not getting any credit for their acts of kindness. The organization is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Q: IS GSSA a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?
A: Yes. Our EIN Number is 46-2346444
Q: How do I sign up and get involved as a GSS Agent?
A: Click on the Sign In/Login Button and sign up using Google, Facebook or an email address.
Q: How do I volunteer for GSSA Headquarters?
Navigate to the Volunteer Page, scroll to the bottom of the page to see the “Volunteer with the GSSA Headquarters Team” form. Complete and submit the form and you will be contacted by GSSA Headquarters.
Q: How do I know what secret missions to do?
A: Go to the Find Missions tab where you will see secret missions for the current months, past months, missions you can do for family, friends, co-workers, strangers, while traveling and more. You can choose to accept any mission or add one of your own.
Q: Can I do my Secret Missions alone?
A: Yes. But sometimes you will need a co-conspirator friend to help you depending on the secret mission you have in mind.
Q: What is a Secret Mission Assignment?
A: These are monthly missions posted by GSSA Headquarters that target a specific group of people like single parents, veterans, teachers, co-workers, etc. You are encouraged, but not required to do one of those missions each month or come up with one of your own.
Q: How often do I have to do a secret mission?
A: GSS Agents are encouraged to conduct one of the suggested GSSA Secret Missions of the Month or covertly spy out the needs of people around them and conduct their own secret mission/act of kindness to help.
Q: What is an Agent Calling Card?
A: This is a note or card that a GSS Agent leaves that conveys a kind message to the people you do a secret mission for. The note or card should be signed with your GSS Agent # rather than your name to reserve your identity. You can print sample notes from a mission listed inside your “My Missions Control Center” dashboard, create your own or order cards from the GSSA Store.
Q: Does it cost money to do secret missions?
A: No, It does not cost money to do secret missions. Monthly secret missions suggestions from GSSA HQ will often include ones that don’t cost any money just observation, a little bit of time, consideration and kindness, which are things most of us can afford to do.
Q: Where do I find other Secret Mission ideas?
A: You can find other Secret Mission ideas by clicking on the “Find Missions” Tab on the GSSA Website.
Q: What do I do after completing my Secret Mission?
A: Go back to your "My Missions” page, click on the specific mission you did, and click the “Report Mission” button to report your mission accomplished. Your reported Missions Accomplished will display via the "My M.A. Reports" button in your "Secret Mission Control Center."
Q: How do GSS Agent Ranks work?
A: As you complete more and more secret missions/acts of kindness, your security clearance as a GSS Agent will increase in rank.
Q: What are some of the Individual GSS Agent Ranks?
A: GSSA Field Agent, Senior Agent and Special Agent
Q: What are the criteria for promotion to the next GSS Agent Rank?
A: GSSA Agents increase in rank after reporting 20 or more missions accomplished on the GSSA website.
Q: What can I earn as I increase in Rank?
A: You will earn a GSS Agent Promotion Certificate, gift cards or free merchandise from the GSSA Gear Shop.
Q: How do I purchase GSSA items online?
A: Simply click on the "Shop" tag on the GSSA Website to view a wide variety of GSSA merchandise.
Q: Where do the sales proceeds go?
A: All the sales proceeds go directly to conducting Secret Mission/Acts of Kindness and service projects to help others in need.
Q: How can I donate to GSSA?
A: You can donate online via the “Donate Page” page or you can donate by mail using the address listed on the page. You can make a one-time donation or recurring gift in the amount of your choice. You can also make a memorial contribution or birthday gift in honor of a loved one or friend. Your donated amount over the course of a year will put you into one of our fun giving Clubs or Societies. You can donate to GSSA from anywhere in the world.
Q: What are other ways that I can support GSSA
A: You can give to support a “Mission of Hope '' special project, like sponsor a child living in poverty in Kenya for a school year, purchase items from our store, initiate a Facebook fundraiser on GSSA’s behalf or sponsor an event or project.
Q: What are the funds donated to GSSA used for?
A: GSSA Headquarters raises funds to conduct secret missions to directly help individuals in need, on a larger scale locally and nationally and to partner/coordinate with business and organizations to assist needy customers, employees, or members of the community.
Q: How can my organization or business partner with GSSA on a project?
A:If you are an individual, church, non profit organization, business or foundation Interested in partnering with GSSA to help spread kindness in the world and help children, families and communities in severe poverty, we would love to hear from you.
